What makes us different from a hotel ballroom, or any of the other venues that all start to look alike?
Technology that works. State-of-the-art projectors and screens, reliable high-speed wifi, three private call booths, mobile monitors. No searching for someone to reboot an AV cart.
A commercial-grade demonstration and catering kitchen on the second floor. Your caterer isn't operating out of a back hallway—which opens the door to chef-led dinners, cooking classes, and hands-on team experiences.
Flexibility on every floor. Furniture reconfigures between focused work, breakout sessions, and evening receptions in under an hour. You're not locked into one room shape for the entire day.
A building with character. Originally a 1940s brick catalog warehouse, reimagined over five years of thoughtful renovation. Exposed brick and industrial bones paired with floods of natural light—the kind of space that photographs beautifully, which matters when your team is recapping on LinkedIn or your brand team needs content from the day.
A rooftop that steals the show. An 800 sq ft flexible interior opening onto an 1,100 sq ft green roof terrace with a pizza oven and grill. The single most-remembered part of most offsites that happen here.

3rd Floor | The Skydeck

Destination: Hudson
Proximity to Amtrak means you can skip rental cars and parking headaches, but still have access to a rich arts, food and outdoor scene. The Spark is walkable from a range of boutique hotels, farm-to-table restaurants, specialty coffee shops, and Warren Street's antique and gallery corridor. A walkable downtown means your team can decompress between sessions without a shuttle.
Teams That Have Worked Here
Your event funds something bigger.
Every corporate booking at The Spark Building helps us cover the cost of building operations and staff that enable us to offer free community workshops, youth apprenticeships, and programs for Hudson and surrounding area residents.
Your corporate offsite keeps the lights on for someone's first coding or filmmaking workshop. Your board meeting helps support our youth apprenticeship program. Your brand activation enables financial literacy training for underserved communities.
